zoo or julian, whatever you want, I'm tired of repeating that the work was done by me with the help of some of my friends (including @Just_in_case). You can blame me or anyone as much as you like, but I do not use other people's materials. This would be a violation of copyright law. Why can't you understand this? Several people accuse you of lying, and you insist on your own. Do you consider yourself smarter than others, the king of this community? Do you think that if you have done something, then others will not be able to do something like that? The only YOUR project I was looking for was a survival game, but by the time I found this project, I had written all the code myself. I know about multiplayer projects from other users, but I have not heard about yours before, which I have said many times. CURL is a module for sending files to the server, built into CMD. Such a module is available on many devices, and if not, then it can be easily downloaded. I haven't watched your video because I don't care about your source code. Most likely, you meant the CURL module when you talked about your "cool formula". So why can't I use CURL in my projects? Because some person claims to have done something similar?

Spoke to @Just_in_case on facebook and I am prepared to accept that you used the same techniques as me but wrote your own script.

I want to resolve this issue once and for all. Here's my proof. This is my correspondence with a friend and the methods that I tried to use before CURL. As you can see, there were no folders before as there were few objects. We have used various programs for transferring files, but we ran into limitations.

I'm glad the issue was resolved.

I looked at @Zoo's games and I can tell they look pretty good. I don't hold a grudge against him, as he probably just had a bad day. Also I apologize if I offended you @Zoo. Your contribution to the development of the Coopper Cube community is most likely simply underestimated.

Anyway I found a post when you first started out where you were asking advice from the community about post processing effects and I was the one that directed you to the various DX9 injectors and how to control the interface with reshade from inside CC6.

The point is ngame... I dedicated 2 years and a lot of my money to this community. The knowledge that you obtained from the community originates from the guys that pioneered and pushed the boundaries of the engine in the early days.

There is nothing that you have done with your multiplayer script that I have not done before.

To answer your question:

I wrote 7 versions of that script. One in Perl with a direct Mysql connection over TCP

one version using Ajax

one version using php curl

one version using php direct mysql connection.

one version using php and ajax.

I built one version with unlimited players

and one version with limited rooms.

Your collaborators would have learned how to use CC6 and all it's features from the original pioneers of the engine.

I thank you for your maturity on the topic...but I am not going to stop saying that certain day to day knowledge in this community did not originate with me whether you wrote the code or not.

In any event...I don't even use Coppercube anymore.

I use Game Guru of which I write Lua now. I am also using Construct 3...

I use intersect Framework & 001 Game Engine for simpler games and I have also worked with other game engines.

This is a little project that I was messing with in my spare time

1. It uses peer to peer connections and is a multiplayer game that I built from a simple template. I advanced the functionality of the template over a few weeks in construct 3

https://navtv.co.za/game/index.html

2. Here is another tech demo that I developed with Construct 3

https://intelligentmaps.co.za/Home/index.html

I don't think that I have any more use for CC6 given my style of programming unless something changes here and there are real improvements to this engine. As it stands it has been in maintenance mode for 3 years and I am not very interested anymore.

But enjoy it...I am happy that you like it and I am going to try to leave you all in peace.

Thank you @ngame, your continues development is making this project closer and closer to a fully realized multiplayer game, and is pushing the boundaries of what a multiplayer game could look like in cc. well done! :)
