Hello
I was wondering if there's a way to check if the file being tried to played by the play2D funtion of ISoundEngine object is illegal or not. And if it is illegal, then is their a way for play2D to fail?
Thanks

There is no specific error code for this, but if you ask irrKlang to return an ISound pointer with the play2D call, and it doesn't return a pointer, then something didn't work. The reason there is no specific way to ask why it didn't work is that irrKlang is supposed to be used in games, with sound files you usually have full control of.
