Howsit guys!

I came across this, and i think it is pretty kick ass.

The original doom, remastered. Still uses sprites! So that gave me some inspiration on my own game, i can use 3d models for the entities, but maybe sprites for the weapons, anyways, it was inspiring for me.

Check it out:

BTW: If anyone knows how i can create that blood spatter against the wall effect, or point me in the right direction, it would be appreciated!

Check out the effects example project that comes as the built-in project. It has fire hitting the wall when the bullet hits it.
You can try using a similar method to create blood splatter on the wall. Try using a plane instead of a particle.

Nope ????

It is my initials with “tech” on the end! (To church it up, no pun intended)

Because, much like yourself, i like designing my own tech: game models/guns/assets and games of course!

Check out the latest, although i need to rework it again and again until it gets that doom/quake feel!
