I use the professional version of RC. The project has a lot of pictures. If the rcd file becomes more than 2.15 GB I can't reopen the file. No error message appears. Only nothing happens. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

My website's rcd is quite large too because of lots of images. On my old laptop with just 4GB RAM the rcd takes some time to open, but it finally does.
On my new laptop with 32GB RAM it opens immediately. So, either more RAM or more patience

Are you using the 64bit version of RocketCake? If not, switching to that should help. You can download it on the download page (scroll a bit down).
But it's a good idea to split up large projects like this. RocketCake works nicer with not that large projects (but trying to improve this)
