Is it possible that you created a newer ccb file-version and are then trying to run it on an older Coppercube version? Not sure if that would cause the problem but I had something like that in the past with a newer coppercube not loading animations from my older projects. If so, try installing the same coppercube version that you used to create the project and it should work again.

by looking at the image, I think you by mistakenly renamed the ".ccbz" file that gets generated in copperlicht data folder to ".ccb" and is trying to load that file in CopperCube, that is why you are getting this error.

You should confirm if this is not the case, if it is then you need to look for the original project file and try opening that ccb file.

.ccbz and .ccb are not the same file, so you can't simply rename and use them in Coppercube.

also this has nothing to do with CC's version for 6.5.1 and 6.6, that would be the case only if it's internal file loading mechanism has changed. That probably happens when, there are new scenenoodes, or actions, materials or other stuff gets added to the version.

so in this specific update this is not the case, all of your 6.6 stuff can be opened in 6.5.1 and all of your 6.5.1 and earlier projects can be opened in 6.6

also all of your old projects can be opened in newer versions, but projects saved with newer versions might not be compatible with older versions so you don't have to worry if you are opening your projects in newer versions, but it is recommended you keep backups of your project if you are switching engine versions in case your project get messed up due to new functionality and other stuff.

hope that helps
