Hi, How can we select Software [not direct9x or 8x] from options in code once compiling? |
||||
|
Hm, are you talking about the source code of irrEdit? The simplest solution would be to change the parameter in the function createDeviceEx(), which you can find in the file mainFrameGuiSetup.cpp |

Niko, did you distinguish between your irrEdit.exe to our source code's after compiling irrEdit.exe. They are different. -Splash screen doesn't working. -If you want to close program and you changing something it doesnt give "You close program do you want to save it?" -Most important: after compiling, irrEdit.EXE doesnt not working if you dont install visual studio kit's. Please Look and Help me: http://rapidshare.com/files/152376369/edpack.rar.html Best Regards. |

1) The splashscreen does not appear in the debug version, I think, maybe this is your problem. 2) That's strange, but I have seen this also happening on some systems where they had open a very huge scene. Is this also happening on your system when there is nothing in the scene? 3) This only depends on what compiler you are using. I think all microsoft compilers since visual studio 2005 are enforcing this. This is not irredit related and happens with all programs. |

Thank you but, What are your suggest compiler? Did you investigate my program? |

I'd suggest using Visual Studio 2003, but you could also try to link everything statically (it's a setting in the project settings) instead. Additionally, it seems you are using the debug build, simply switch to release mode: the program will be a lot faster and smaller then, and require different dlls. |

Now i am using visual studio 2003 all problems were FIXED! I think you must state to use visual studio 2003 for irrEdit. vs2005 and vs2008 gives more error... Now perfect! Thank you. |
