Hell everyone i was wondering how i could import my 3ds max 9 scene file to irr-edit, i seen someone say he imported a 3ds max 9 scene file to irredit and i was just wondering how could i do this when it says it's not suported?

You could export as at .3ds file, irredit loads them.

Select the mesh you want to export from 3ds max. Go to 'File/Export' Then export the selected mesh as a .3ds object. Then import that .3ds into irredit.

Other mesh files that work as well is .OBJ and .X files.

To export a .X file, use pandasoft exporter located here...

****NOTE: a .3ds file is not the same a a 3d max scene, a 3ds file is a mesh/texture object file. a 3ds max scene file has much more information stored within the file itself.
