Many modern engines, when generating lightmaps, create a 'lightgrid'. It is basically a 3d array which describes light intensity in particular point in space. Lightgrid covers all 'level' area, so when using static lights, you are able to determine how bright should be a mesh in particular position (by interpolating nearest lightgrid values). This is very useful for moving objects. Is there chance to implement this in irrEdit?

Good idea, but I don't know if that feature will be implemented soon. Anyway, I'll put it on the TODO list :)
