No action is there, but if you are referring to attach nodes to animated joints then maybe you can use get animated joints and then position or make children scripting, I actually don't remember the exact term, it's been added in the last version, and not used by me that often so it's a bit hard to remember. But you can check the documentation for scripting reference to get what are the commands actually.

yeah, you can utilize the animated joint API, it also has an API that will directly give you the position of the joint node, you can then set your node position relative to that joint position so that it will follow through that node.
