Some things i think that will be useful in the engine, since the community is increasing eventualy people (even myself) will create modern games, and i think this will help everyone.

- In-game console (like Valve games has " to open console window);
- Drag n' drop prefab creation (like in Unity, Godot, UE, etc);
- Engine optimization (for terrain, shadows, objects. Rendering in general);
- Better engine rendering (DX11, normal map for animated meshes and terrain textures, better shadows rendering);
- Possibility to export a scene as a encrypted file to create separate maps without the need of creating various scenes to be on a exe.
- Allignment like in other engines when you press CTRL and drag a object;
- A way to easily communicate to a web server and get data from it (for a "News" area in the game menus, or a multiplayer game for example).

I think a few of them are already do-able.

In-game console, you can already utilize the 2D overlay, to create an in-game console. I remember having a console-based cheat behavior, I created many years ago. You can also do similar stuff, to push more things into that console overlay.

Allignmet- there are many snaping plugins available already in the community. but yeah having a built in one would be much better.

WebServer- You can use the HTTP Reuest javascript command to get data from the server, but you can also use other stuff or libraries using the system command, and maybe probably in the next version system command will also return the output as a javascript string, so it will be way much faster to share data between the client and the server.

other than that need to be developed, some of them are possible with the CC C++ client source, but some are totally onto @niko.
