In Unity there are reflection probes, which add real-time reflections to the desired material/shader, etc. You can select the update speed or frames of the cubemap image, either from static point to real time or 60fps. It appears that there are other techniques today such as SSR and Planar Reflections, but these are computationally intensive, so reflection probes are good enough for CopperCube, I think. |
