I added animated wall screens to to the game hope you like it. |
Looks good! Are you planning to add lightmapping to the building? |
I dont think so not planing to add lightmapping to this game |
i started trying to add lightmapping to the game after thinking about your comment I have also though about this before ..but it did not work well the wall texture had dark spots here and there. so i used dynamic lights instead thanks for your feedback. |

Yeah even the best lightmappers sometimes make glitches. I remember I sometimes just covered them with some other mesh ^^ Lightmapping renders faster than dynamic. Generally I would use low range point lights, so some areas are dark and some are lit brightly. Then use ambient light in the scene settings to define how dark the darkness really gets. But that's just my style for indoor geometry. You can also use an external lightmapper BTW and then import the level mesh with lightmaps. But you can also try something completely different, like everything glowing and colorful for example. Most important is to be guided by your will. |

I found out what was wrong and added light mapping thanks to your suggestion |

I like it. Depth perception is much better. Now that there are lights, you also must add actual lightbulbs or something :) Maybe just a shiny star on a billboard in additional blending mode. I'd probably try to combine a mesh of some sort of future light source device and the shiny star on a billboard. Something like this: https://opengameart.org/content/... |

yes i added white sphere for light source quickly after i did the light mapping |

I swittched to dynamic lights because i wanted to have moving lights. |
