Hey just curious and wanting to put this in a early build game I'm doing but is there a Ps1 wavy texture effect floating around on the forum. Or an example of one I can see on a blog or forum.

Check out the neophyte website for some shaders by @just_in_case or texcoord animator extension by @SmnMhmdy that might help you to get wave effect.
