Depends on your game but - maybe use "On proximity" change scene.
When your character enters the proximity area, the scene will change.

If you mean you want to actually TRANSFER nodes from one scene to another, no, that's not possible. You need a copy of the node in the other scene, and if you wanted to carry over health, a score, etc, you need to save that variable and load it when the next scene starts.
