Very cool model, VP. Need to try it with just_in_case's toon shader. Might do that later today. I looked at the textures in GIMP and am not sure why the eye texture has that "brow" line in it. It's unnecessary if you ask me. The textures would need some work, but it's a good start if anyone ever wanted to get sued by Disney. haha. Watching him splat on the ground was hilarious. Can't say I am a fan of him, but I did enjoy his villains as a kid. Green Goblin is a legend in my book. Thanks for the memory trip. Cheers. |

You're welcome! I think the line is an artifact from a photo-still of the movie. I just used the textures (dds files) and converted them to png to keep the file-size down. If you add a directional light to the scene and click "dynamic lighting in the material section, it looks fairly good just with the basic textures - especially if you turn emission for the eyes to (30,30,30) which get'srid of the line on the eyes) and increasing the scene's ambient lighting to something like (20,20,20) will make the red and blue pop a bit. Agreed, it would probably suit just_in_case's toon-shader really well. Thanks for the feedback! |
