A website I created with Rocketcake worked just fine, but I need to make edits to it. I made some changes, but the source file (the Rocketcake document, or RCD file) was corrupted due to my NAS disk failing in the middle of a save. Now, the RCD file is essentially empty! At this point, it seems like I have to create the entire website from scratch again, because I cannot (or do not know the way to) use the published website to reconstruct the RCD file. I am not a PHP coder, so I can't just go in and edit the PHP. Is there a way to reconstruct the RCD file from the published website, or am I stuck with rebuilding the whole thing from scratch, merely to make a few changes? Thanks! |

AFAIK, you cannot get the .rcd file from the .html files. But sometimes, support is able to repair a damaged .rcd file, or at least save if there is something left in it. Maybe send it to support. |
