I have the paid-for version of RocketCake but it is on my old system that developed a fault. How can I reinstall it to my new system? Thanks if anyone can help. |

Simply download the new version, install it and enter your license key. |

Thanks for helping. Problem with this is I've 'mislaid' the product key. Thanks again. |

Just contact support for this (on this website: support -> contact), they will be able to help you. |

Hi erik, Sorry for late reply... Luckily I found the text file with the product key in it, so was able to download and reactivate RocketCake without issue. :) |

Is there where it's appropriate to mention that RocketCake looks pretty portable - so if you just copy the whole folder from Programme Files to a backup medium of your choice, you can just take it with you wherever you go and know that your registration sticks? As a huge fan of portable apps, I've already copied that folder out and then "uninstalled" RocketCake - and now I can syncronise it between my two laptops easy-peasy. I think it would valuable to others to have an optional "no install" version we could download, but that's just me. |
