Any templates for an artist portfolio?

I am evaluating RocketCake and would like to use it to create a simple artist homepage, with a few different pages for his bio, portfolio, and current exhibitions and a contact form. Of course the website would need to be responsive. Any recommended templates I could use to get started?

You could simply use one of the existing ones and add a gallery element somewhere, but there are none right now for this speicifc usecase. But I will add some in the near future.

There were many excellent galleries created in RC in the early postings here but people moved on (hopefully not because of Covid-19). I searched through the former postings looking for the galleries that were posted but , as I said, they are no longer active.
However, here is a site created with RC which should get you interested. http://alsaceimage.fr/prepa-art.html

Additionally, I have a site I'm working on for a client that has some galleries that might encourage you.
https://www.johnplattcapstoneconstruction.com/gallery.html

Give RC a try. It's worth it.

I also created a tutorial of one of the examples that are no longer on the forum which may help you. I'll have to dig it up.

All the best.

Thanks! These are beautiful websites. I especially like alsaceimage. There is just one issue though, my client requires compatibility with... IE11 (yes, apparently quite a few people still use it in some parts of the world, so I can't do much about it).

Both sites display and work fine under IE11, except for the arrows in the photo galleries themselves, which cannot be clicked. Any chance this could be fixed?

I have one you may like, I made a couple of years ago. I don't know how to post it here as it is not up anymore. I have a zipped version also.
