I decided for a new project, I would build a new website for myself... completely at NO COST!

so I spent the last few days on it. If you need a website for yourself, or to highlight your Game or new project you can also do it for free....

First, I used https://profreehost.com/ for the hosting.

They do have paid plans that offer more features, but I used their free plan and it did all I wanted it too ((Domains, sub Domains, MySQL databases, PHP admin, and lots more)) . **(some users on their forum have said their accounts have been suspended and they don't know why, but so far, my account has stayed active without problems)**

Second, I used Ambiera's own https://www.ambiera.com/rocketca... to build my web pages.

Again, there is a paid version which has more features available, but my project was "no cost" so I used the free version of Rocketcake. And it did what I wanted it to do.

Third,, I used https://filezilla-project.org/ to upload my web pages to the hosting site. They also have a Pro version with more features, but I used the Free (client) one.

Here is the result....

Yes, it is very basic, but I only spend a few days working on it.
If I put a couple weeks redoing it, it could become so much more. AND Yes - it was made and hosted completely FREE!

Oh yea, I have only tested it on a desktop computer with 1920X1080 resolution - But Rocketcake is a responsive editor which means you can set it up for different devices with different screen sizes - I just haven't done that..

So, if you want to put up a page for your Games for free... it can easily be done....

Ok, nice one.
Initially my antivirus (Malwarebytes) blocked it until I added it as an exception - gave me a trojan warning.

ye, I have had that problem with many websites... antivirus software is a must to have these days, but it can be kind if aggravating with false positives....

I suggest using this website

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/h...

to check out files and URL's to see why they where blocked and decide if you want to continue... I use it a lot!
