Navigation menu RocketCake

I have a question about the navigation menu.
I have created a main menu item and several sub-menu items below that. The main menu item and sub-menu items contain a link to another page.

On a desktop PC it is working fine. If you hoover over main menu item the sub-items will be visible. I can click on every menu item.

On a Iphone and Android mobile phone in portrait mode, no issue. I see the mobile navigation menu and all menu items are clickable.

On a Iphone in landscape mode I get the “normal” menu and no issues. If I click on the main menu item the sub menu items are visible and after that all menu items are clickable.

On an Android phone in landscape mode I get also the “normal” menu but if I click on the main menu item, I go directly to the link of the main menu. The sub menu items are not / shortly visible and therefore not selectable.

I hope you have a trick that the android phone behaves similar to the Iphone phone.

Hm, strange. What Android version are you using, and what browser?

Thanks for the quick reply.
Sounds like a plan, looking forward to the update.
The update - days, weeks or months ?

Update: Can you maybe send me a link to a page where this happens? For all my tests and various devices, everything works nicely and just as it should.

I guess the problem might be this: you probably have a hyperlink defined for that top-level menu by accident. Just right-click it and remove the hyperlink.
Maybe that's the problem?

Hi there! I'm having a similar problem. My mobile menu does not open. I tried "Manually Filled" and "Automatically Generated" and when I hover the "burger menu", the background color changes but no menu opens and the menu items remain invisible.

I tried on MacBook, iPhone and on a Windows computer. Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer. It never works.

Can anybody help? Thank you!

On this website, under Support -> Contact, there is also an email address listed. Please send your .rcd file there, I'll then take a look at it and tell you what you can do to fix this.

Now having talked with some of you guys, here is an update: In all cases so far, you simply forgot to link the websites.
I'll introduce a way to sync multiple menus automatically in a future update to make this a bit simpler, but in the cases I've seen so far, this wasn't a bug. You simply didn't link the pages on a few sub pages, as it appears.
