If I create an index.rcd file and publish to local disk, an index.html file is also created, but if I create or add additional .rcd files for additional pages, then further .html files are not created. How then do I create additional .html files? Other than that, my experience with RocketCake is a good one. |

Your .rcd file is supposed to be your project file where all pages are included. Just use the big "Add page" button to add another page to your project and name it as you like. Or use the menu "Insert -> Page" |

Thanks, but this doesn't give me additional html files, only an index.html file. Come the time I'll want to upload html files to a server, not .rcd ones. |

make it how Eric wrote and then you must publish your project. Then you'll find in the publish-folder the generated html-files. Have you named the site in RC correctly? as newsite.html Perhaps you forgot the extension .html |

It's like the .rcd file is a container or merge-file for all the others in a given project, very smart! One other thing... A css file is created for each html file, so do I need all o them? |

OK, thanks. I thought so but wasn't 100% sure. This also tells me that any changes made using the editor will auto update/edit the css file/s after re-publishing? |

Yes. But you can also tell it to include the styles directly in the html, it's an option in the settings. |
