Easier Access To Element ID

Hi,

If this has been requested before, sorry.

But I would love a "Copy to the clipboard the element ID" command in the right click (contextual) menu of each element on a page.

I use RocketCake for writing apps that use a lot of Javascript. I am regularly needing the element ID to put in my code.

If that idea is too specialised, maybe the element ID could put in the Properties pane?

Either way, having quick access to the ID's of the elements would be very useful.

Thanks for reading.

Scott.

Thanks for the suggestion, that's a good idea. I'll think about it. Maybe I'll add an "advanced" mode or similar.

hello!

I add myself to the previous request and add:

1) to have the possibility to enter manually in the properties box the names of the item ID

2) to have the possibility to enter manually in the properties box the names of theof the ELEMENTS classes

I'm a programmer and it would be nice to avoid reworking the code to change the names and waste a lot of time

thanks!!

PS. I'm using the paid professional version

I would like to correct the above.
I think it is better to leave the free writing as it is now for the classes and therefore it is NOT necessary to implement.

BUT it is INDISPENSABLE to implement ID in the properties as written above.
Thanks again I look forward to the new release

dear Niko,
to continue programming my sites and to interact with php I really need that:
- it is possible to manually write the name of the HTML ID elements
- it is possible to manually write the name of the CLASSES

can you tell me if it is possible to make these changes and about the time of release of the new release?

thanks for a kind reply !!!
Fabs

Yes, it's very likely. Not 100% sure yet about class names, but let's see.

thanks for your kind reply,
I ask you if you can give me indicatively the release times with the requested changes so I can organize my work.

Thanks!
