I want to update an existing, non responsive site, using Rocket. The existing site has the following structure

website.com/index.html
website.com/html/page1.html
website.com/html/page2.html

Rocket seems to place everything into the same directory. I want to keep the old structure in place so that links will work, even when the new site is only partially complete.

Is there anyway to configure this?

That is not a problem, you can create folders in RocketCake. Just right-click into the document explorer (where all your pages are located) and select "Add Folder"
