A step by step detailed tutorial will help a lot. Just like @just_in_case provides at his website, but it seems he is no more intrrsted in posting new tutorials there. Or a step by step video can be really very helpfull. Its really very difficult to understand everything from that single image showing bunch of information, you posted above. Any further help will be appreciated thanks!
