Basically I want my AI to roam around sometimes but also be stationary during cutscenes. I tried the "cancel" AI command which works, but they eventually start moving again!

You can do this with variable..

Example:
1. Add "When a key is key pressed do something" behavior to visible objects or to the root scene.
2. Select the keyboard key for the variable trigger [Example: A]
3. Then choose "Set or Change a Variable" for the behavior's action
4. Type the variable name [Example: freeze]
5. Type the value of the variable..

Now go to the AI
1. Add variable "Every few seconds do something"
2. Type the IntervalMS [I used 150 for the value. But you can change it as long it doesn't more than 1000.]
3. Add "If a Variable has a value do something" action to the behavior.
4. Type the same variable and value with the variable and value you've setted before.
5. Then choose "Execute JavaScript" to the "If a Variable has a value do something" Action.
6. Type the AI "cancel" command.

So, every every 150 milisecond the AI will cancel their job.
If you still confused, i'll help you more..

Good luck.. Hope it works for you..

And, It seems like niko has deleted your "I've got to buy myself this" thread. If you didn't read my post, My post text for you is "@j9907 You're not wrong. This game engine named CopperCube and you've share an Amazon.com link to us that sell's copper cubes, make sense"
Then i typed something "bad" to @nikonaito and @fake niko (the name is niko but it's a guest. that's why i called it fake)
And then i talked to you again. "@j9907 Don't you care with what they typed,Buddy..! Me, and other CopperCube Buddy will be always by your side. So, be yourself. We will always support you..

There is a trick in Coppercube

if you set a broken parameter for the AI behavior, the AI stops all actions.

instead of cancel, try stop...It permanently breaks the AI until you create a new AI command.

Little trick that I discovered.
