Yes, that would be nice. It's on the list. But currently, it looks like Apple has gone a bit mad, for example by deprecating OpenGL support. They are not making it easy for game and engine developers, and told us basically "fuck you", that's probably why you will see a lot of engines not focusing a lot on MacOS anymore.
But for example I just ordered a new Mac, and hope to improve CopperCube on Mac a bit more in the near future.
