Hello , I had coppercube 5 basic and I have just upgraded to coppercube 6 pro. Before I install , I need a few tips please : 1) Can I open my coppercube 5 projects with v6 ? 2) Is it better to uninstall v5 before installing v6? 3)Do you have both versions installed on your computers ? I couldn't find answers to the above in the FAQ and the forum. Thank you for your help ! |

1) Yes, you can open projects made with version 5. However, consider backing up the v5 ones in case you want to open them back up in that version (since when you save it after opening in 6, it'll change the project file so it won't work with 5 anymore). 2 and 3) I have both (Professional 5 and 6) on my system and they work just fine together! The only thing that is a bit annoying but not a deal breaker is v6 projects will be listed in v5's recent projects list |
