Hi! as i'm aware coppercube dose not have functionality to support Multi angled sprites/billboards just vertical and always facing the camera. Dose anyone have any ideas on how to achieve a Multi angled sprite/billboard so as the camera pans around the sprite/billboard each angle of the textured sprite can be viewed.. Maybe this could be achieved by a scripted action with each angle allowing for the placement of your animated textures ect.

Just create a plane, assign a texture to the plane and position it however you like..

Hi! that is not what i'm trying to do.. I'm trying to workout a way to create a Multi angled sprites/billboards in coppercube.. Currently i believe it's not possible but maybe via scripting an action it could be?? or by some other method i have not thought to try...

you'll probably want to create a behavior not and action to do this because the behavior constantly runs, and you'll need that. have the behavior determine the horizontal angle you are at compared to the sprite and change the sprite texture accordingly.

I believe you have the power to create this behavior on your own. There are some tutorials on this website to help you along in the behavior creating process. Imagine the pride you will feel once you have programmed it yourself.
If you can solve this complex formula, then you will be a man, my son.
