when a scene node is moved using change position of a scenenode (move into the facing direction) there is no collision for the scene node, even after the collide when moved behavior attached to it.

the objects simply pass through walls or any other object without colliding.
it is a major bug and should be removed immediately. i wonder why nobody has reported this before?

more like lacking of a feature than a bug. moving platform collision is considered advanced stuff or you can do away with physics but CC physics is just minimal so there you go.

possible with script though but might have some limitations.

how are you moving your object exactly? collision for moving objects works nicely for me... maybe you are doing something different?

Yes, this is how the engine works. If you want to move an object with collision and physics, use the rigid body physics engine (it's an option in the publishing settings) and move it by applying a force to the object using ccbSetPhysicsVelocity()
