All of my normal maps are red in Coppercube

All of my normal maps, which are blue in photoshop, import red in the Coppercube editor.

I CANNOT make dynamic lights work either. No matter what I do, my scene is black as night.

If I use lightmaps, the level looks great, but lacks any real depth or texture (like a bump map is supposed to do).

In fact, I have specular, metallic, glow and other maps that I cannot use in Coppercube. If it had PBR textures, it would look amazing.

Here is an example of my asset coming in as blue, when his texture map is nothing even close. Normal maps can be seen in red in the texture area.

I will take a screenshot of the very same asset in another engine.

Here is what it is supposed to look like (in one of my other engines):

This is happening with any object I bring in - the textures are all wrong - normal maps, too.

Must be a problem with the DDS importer. I think you've reported this in a different thread as well already, right? Maybe you could send me such a .dds file, and I'll try to fix it.

Yes, our team is creating two games with another engine - the first one is slated for this December, hopefully.

The next one will be available sometime next year.

We are in level design right now. The levels are looking AAA quality.

Thanks for the kind words.

What is your team's website?
Do you have a social media so I can follow for updates?

http://www.atomiccatinteractive....

We have been very hush hush on these projects, but we already have a STEAM greenlit section for when we are ready for sales.

ETA for our first game is around December, 2018.

We also moved our offices, so new changes to the site are in order.
