I don't understand what you are trying to say...
But if you want an action be executed after every 3 minutes then you can add a behaviour every few seconds fo something put value "180000" and then apply your action....
Now after every 3 minutes ,action will be executed...

I tried but it does not work well. I did it for 500 times every single thing succeeds something but I think the program is clogged with too many commands that every 3 minutes does something. do you come up with another method where I can use it 500 times? thank you

You can also do it in a script if you like. See the scripted behaviors docs for this: https://www.ambiera.com/coppercu...
Just do whatever you need to do every frame there, you don't even have to put it in a loop then.
