Don't tell me what to do, "adeb". I'm sick and tired of logging in on here and I see such discouraging posts towards Niko. if you don't like what he's doing, then maybe make your own game engine instead of badgering a 1-man operation... Ridiculous. So no, I won't not "insult" people, "stupid man". |

bastards is not insult for you ! ! ! no one discouraging niko you're new here some people enregistrer since 5 years may be plus. we are here to give advice, comment... to help devp |

I've been here since January of 2017 so no, I'm not exactly "new" here. I don't want to continue this argument with you. What I'm getting at is people are rather harsh with their criticisms. It's almost as if people forget that he's really the only guy working on it. |

Good news. Since this is a paid for update, what are the new, big features? What makes it worth paying for again? |
||||

I'll post details in a few weeks, sorry that there are none yet. |

Ohhh great! |

Last night, I dreamt that Niko added a new response to this thread to tell us that the Basic and Professional versions of CopperCube 6 will be accompanied by a new "Ultra-Powered" version. He said the Ultra-Powered version will have a few extra features, but I don't remember what they were. I remember people responding by saying "Ultra-Powered" may be a bad name that may damage the reputation of the product. That's all I remember from the dream. I've been quite amused by that phrase since I awoke. Imagine these advertisements as promotional messages on Steam and ambiera.com: "Do you feel it? Do you feel Ultra-Powered?" "Do you believe?" "I didn't have enough power before, but now I do." "There's something different about this. It feels... Ultra-Powered." |

@wild-master you forgot to add "Without programming" HAHAH |

These are my requests: Collision detection between objects, multiplayer socket support...Everything else is bonus... |

+1 for Collision detection |

A long time ago, I found an open-source Notepad app for J2ME phones, and I improved it by adding a very sophisticated search feature. I say it was sophisticated because it was case-insensitive, and the words entered in the search field didn't have to be in the same order as the words in the results. I was sad because my phone could hold only 300 text messages, and I wanted to preserve more, so I searched for a notepad app. I am mentioning this because I seem to be capable of programming only patchwork, onto programs that have already been designed by other people. I may never be able to design a serious program purely by myself. I wonder what sort of brain Niko has. Could it really be just a normal brain that has experienced decades of practice, or is his brain actually better? When I look at the source code of CopperLicht, and of the clients included with the Professional version, it looks so beautiful. I wish I could grasp it. All of it. Maybe when I am 60. I hope I could, I hope I shall. I thought of a very important description of CopperCube: Imagine a planet without natural trees. CopperCube is like a machine that turns atoms into wood, so we can focus on building our actual houses. We are not trained to convert atoms into pieces of wood, so we could not normally build houses as easily as the people from Earth, but CopperCube does that for us. It converts atoms into wood, so we can focus on building the houses we've always wanted, instead of needing over a decade of college to learn how to manipulate atoms. CopperCube removes the most brutal layer of pain for designing games, a layer that I may not ever be capable of surpassing, meaning that the game I want to build may not ever be created. I wish I could practice for decades like Nikolaus. I wish I could be a software engineer. |

Whoever has coppercube 5 will be free to update ccb 6 ? |
||||
|
Just what I wrote above: The same rule as always applies about getting Coppercube 5 now: If you buy it now from Ambiera.com, I give you a free update to CopperCube 6 as well once it is released. I'm not sure this will be possible for Steam unfortunately, but I'll have a look at this still. |
