I have a container on a page and I added simple text but when I publish to the Internet it didn't show up. When I view locally, it's fine. I had to publish locally and upload manually to see the text.
I then went back into the container and enlarged the text. It views fine locally but even uploading manually doesn't change the text size.
I've tried this in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge with the same result. I have refreshed the browsers. I've even close the browsers and restarted them for the update but it doesn't seem to work.
Any thoughts? It appears some bugs have slipped into V2.

Does it help when you uncheck the option "Only upload updated or new files" in the upload dialog?

I solved the issue this morning. The CSS was not updated even with having the box unchecked as you suggested. I uploaded the CSS file for the page manually and the issue was solved.
