Remember my last post where I showcased a multi-floor building model with both a stairwell and a working elevator as a WebGL scene from here?: http://www.ambiera.com/forum.php... Well, after receiving a few messages from here and mostly other forums that I posted to, I decided to create a 2nd building with the same kind of elevator. This new building version is a bit smaller, but what really sets it apart from the other one is it's shape, the new building has a round cylindrical shape to it. Even both the stairwell and the elevator are shaped round just like the building itself. Just like the previous building, I too created this one on Sketchup, saved it as a collada model which then I imported it to CopperCube so I can add all of the interactivity and publish it as a WebGL scene. But I am not going to stop there, just like I mentioned already, a few of you asked about how I did the elevator hack. So, the best way to show how I did it, is to make available for download a CopperCube prefab version of my new, round shaped building with the working elevator. Everything is setup already in the prefab file. All you have to do is to look at and study what I did concerning the elevator system. Oh yea, another new thing I added to this new building model which the previous one did not have, is that this model as sound effects to it's interactivity.
