Can I create an object (as a cube) that to distance to "20" by the camera is able to open a website after 15 seconds?

yep, just be sure to have the 'do later' action installed. then say 'on proximity' --> 'do later' (15000ms) --> 'open website'

in desktop version (and not mobile), you can hide and show the "arrows" in bottom pressing the key 1 and 2 on your keyboard.
