I created a site with Websitepainter, published it to my local disk and when I restarted the program the next day, I couldn't find how to open the site that I had created. I haven't seen anyone else having this problem so I must be missing a few brain cells. I've done the tutorial and while the lessons say that you can shut the program down, it's not clear on how to open an existing site. I'd like to continue working on the site that I had created with painter but I have to find out how to open the site. The pages were saved in html, of course.

You have to save the website you create. It saves the file as .wspd file. You can only open those.

Yes, I'm aware of that. But how do I open the site that I created? Can you just explain it by telling me to go to either 'File', or 'Open', etc.?

Yes, just use the command File -> Open. You must have saved your website first of course.
