Hi all, I'd like to generate a texture lightmap for a very basic scene which consists of a floor and some chairs. When I use the irrEdit 0.7 lightmapper it seems to be setting the vertex colors of the floor object. Our floor object doesn't have a fine triangulation, so the shadows of the chairs on the floor look bad. Is there a way to force irrEdit to generate a texture lightmap instead of setting the vertex colors? I've seen some related options in Tools>>Options>Lightmapper, but those features don't seem to be available yet. Cheers, onkeljossip |

Simply increase the resolution of your lightmaps, the chair polygons simply is smaller then one lightmap text, I guess. To increase the lightmap resolution, you can specify a bigger texture size or use the resolution field (carefully!). |
