Hello - is there a way of keeping the background set whilst the pages move up?
To explain a bit further - I want to use a photograph as the background to my site and that does not move when you scroll up or down the page. I have seen it on some websites but not sure how.

There is no such feature in WebsitePainter itself, but you could try and define your own additional css for the body element, and set the background to fixed using this:

 background-position:fixed;
