You can use the Command "View -> HTML Code of Page" and enter your own meta tags in the "Additional code in header" part.

good. will do. does anyone know the html code for the logo picture to apear in the title of the website?
I will be thankful as I totally can't find this comand.

The method to use html meta tags as keywords is outdated. It won't help you for anything anymore today, because people have abused that system.
But if you still want to use it, write something like that into additional code in the header:
<meta name="keywords" content="House, Goat">
