Hi,
I added a gallery, but the thumbnails are different sizes because my photos aren’t cropped.
Is there a way to force all thumbnails to be the same size without editing every picture?

The default setting already makes the thumbnails the same size - you probably changed it. Select the gallery, and in the property window, see the "thumbnail" entry - you probably set it to "Original". Set it to something like 16:9 or "quadratic" or similar, then everything is uniform.
