And so the work on the HD version of “Cetetorius - Classic” is finally complete! My very first project, the one that sparked my love for the art of game design back in 2013. The original version came out in early 2015 and, to put it mildly, was a bit rough around the edges. In my defense, it was a student learning project. Download - https://storyan-team.itch.io/cet... The original game was short and simple, so the HD version remains the same in terms of gameplay. But this time, it finally feels like the game I had envisioned in 2013, when I first dipped my toes into game design. Some textures, the interface, and character models were reworked (they now look closer to the 2019 game version), and new decorations, music, and effects were added. The game has become prettier and more atmospheric - at least as much as an old project can be without resorting to RTX or other resource-hungry gimmicks. In fact, the optimization is even better now compared to the earliest versions, where the starting areas could turn into a slideshow. Hope you enjoy this! |

@guest You should read the post description better. This is a graphic update of my OLD student project from early 2015. Of course, I had much less experience in development back then. |
