Icon: Create an image file and save it as favicon.ico, the upload it to the root folder of your website. That's it.
Mobile menu color: click View -> show as on device -> iPhone. Then edit the menu.

Hallo erik, thanks for your answer. The icon created is OK, have done. But I find no way in the navigation's menu to color the mobile menu. And I have no IPhone!

You don't need an iPhone: In the editor, see the slider on the bottom of the view. Drag it to the left. Or select the drop-down menu and select a phone, like iPhone. Or use the menu "View -> Show as on device -> iPhone"
