I'm constantly getting the following errors in the "error_log" file for your Web Statistics Extension: [03-Feb-2025 19:13:37 America/Chicago] PHP Warning: Undefined array key "HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE" in /home3/dpanke/public_html/myuke.ca/webstatistics/regvisit.php on line 151 [03-Feb-2025 19:13:37 America/Chicago] PHP Deprecated: substr(): Passing null to parameter 1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in /home3/dpanke/public_html/myuke.ca/webstatistics/regvisit.php on line 151 |

Thanks for reporting! That's nothing serious, but I'll add an update which should remove these warnings. |

Hello. This extension doesn't work for me. Error: Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. |
||||
|
Where does it say this for you? |

When I'm trying open folder "webstatistics" in browser (https://site.com/webstatistics/) |

Best would be to take a look at that folder - like using an FTP client - and see if that folder exists. And look into it - could be that your hosting provider is using the same name already for something. Check if all files from RocketCake are there. And set permissions for that folder so that people can access it. |

I really need this ext. working good, but nothing changed. What i did for it: 1. Checked if folder webstatistics is on server. Yes, folder contains 5 files. 2. Folder Attribute is 755 [drwxr-xr-x]. Changed it to 777. 3. Switched off SSL, HSTS, SSI. 4. Changed the folder's name. What else can I do? |

The files there are named 'regvisit.js', 'regvisit.php' and 'index.php', right? Difficult to say without seeing it - but what you could try is this: Instead of "yourserver.com/webstatistics" try opening "yourserver.com/webstatistics/index.php" - maybe that works better on your server. If that doesn't help, maybe set another folder in RocketCake for the web statistics component. For the "foldername" property, set for example "stats" and reupload, then try "yourserver.com/stats/index.php". Do you then still get a 403? And just to be sure: - Are you sure your server supports PHP? - What PHP version is it? - When you enter yourserver.com/webstatistics/regvisit.js", then the browser shows the .js file source code, right? |
