Oh, @Guest, how dare you talk to @Robbo like that! Honestly, you're just being negative for no reason.

I mean, come on, @Robbo is a hero! If he wants to share illegal copies of source code, that's his business. If he feels like asking people to decompile the editor or copying and pasting other developers' code and calling it his own, who are we to judge? And let's not forget his amazing skill at spreading rumors about the engine being open-sourced. Pure genius!

He can hop onto other forums and call the whole community a bunch of children when it comes to game development—he’s just being honest! And if he wants to take credit for code he copied from another community, that's just his unique creative process.

Honestly, you have no right to say anything against him. He's doing an incredible job. So what if he wants to make money while getting everything else for free? And who cares if his actions are a bit toxic? He's helping the community… by charging them, obviously.

You really shouldn't speak ill of him. Even the moderators are in favour of his fantastic job. So be ready to get your comment get's removed anytime you say anything against him...

Thanks all for the input and thanks to show how does it work.
I thought all about this.
When I think about it more closely, you're right. If it's that simple then everyone has the same problem. And a game not only consists of content but also of implementation. Maybe we should look at it more calmly. Anyway, thanks for the instructions. Maybe I also have the same problem as o139 then this will be very useful.

Guest and Guest2 you are both lunatics.

My comment was a joke if you was not able to work that out.

Anyone who who knows anything about decompoiling C++ source from an exe knows its actually not possible in a practicle sense - you clearly know nothing of such things..

Your only comments on this forum are always negative - you must live a very sad life.

Actually all my stuff execept for a few high leven creations is freely downloable from itchio if you bothered to check.

Are you just jealous of other charging something for some hard work they have done ?...seems you are, well tough luck for you that life is not always free - how sad for you...

@Robbo, your attempt at deflection is noted. This is the man who wants to help you make a game with his black-box executable. The very same man who can't construct a proper sentence. No wonder he needs to hide his code from the user base. I bet it's like rancid spaghetti in there.

My goodness... if I weren't so invested in CopperCube with my own game, I'd probably split this scene. Can't tell who is being really helpful and who is just trolling.

But, once again... GET RID OF GUEST ACCOUNTS!!! If you can't sign in with your own name and account, then too bad for you! I am so tired of not knowing who is really who. The forums are for helping and getting help, not in-fighting and trolling.

"Guest" and "Guest2" could easily be the exact same person (and I suspect is), debating with themself. Who would know? Am I the only sane voice advocating for authentic users helping other authentic users?

Removing guest accounts won't change anything, you can just register another account. But I've changed a bit in the forum so that's not that easy anymore to impersonate a user with a guest account. Let's see.
