I want to build a portrait website specially for cell phone screens. I have prepared these sites in CANVA for an iPhone screen with 1600 x 2900 px. When I import them, RC asks me to reduce the seize. If I say 'no' the image is far too big in the RC window for handling on my limited screen. But when I reduce it, does it appear on the iPhone also with the reduced seize? Is there really nothing in RC to fit seizes in the working area?

You don't have to resize the images, this doesn't have to do anything with how they appear on the screen. It's just the source material which is resized to make the file size a bit smaller.
For setting the size of an image, resize it with the squares when it is selected in the editor (drag them). Or set a size in the property window.
By default, the size of an image is a percentage of the parent container or the website size. So it gets bigger or larger depending on how large you make your screen size. You can move the slider on the bottom of the editor to test this out.
To fit an image the "working area", set it's size to "100%, auto"

Thank you, so I understand that I import the original seize in the web page (1600x2900 px for iPhone 11) and just resize it or give it 100% to work on it.
