@Sanedave, you know that CopperCraft is already there, why do you want people to create a game like those? I mean do you want the source code or do you want to play the game? I believe you want someone to create a game for you and then give you the source code right?
If that is so, then I don't think a lof of people will be interested in doing so.
Though there are many initial and basic Minecraft clones already available in the community, you probably need to do a lot of digging in the forum posts.
