He probably means bunny hopping in FPS game. That's not a mechanic developers put in, it's an exploit the players use to move faster than other players. Or he could mean double jump... I dunno.

you could start off with smooth movement which is luckily imbedded in coppercube, or use one of the movement plugins which I think has a option for smooth jumping and other cool fps things.
