I understand now how to make a animated milkshape model and import it in copper cube. It seems there is a little bug (or my fault) but it is better to export animated models to .fbx format.

I think you can use clear vertex color on models to remove the baked lights

if you can not undo the baked light and do not have a older save of the project you can always add light source at the models and bake again for better result

AFAIK clear vertex colors doesn't fix vertex color problems, use instead "Set Vertex Colors" and set it to 64,64,64, I guess that's neutral. Depending on blending mode, there's some weird stuff going on with vertex colors, sometimes.
