Any Ideas? thanks It happens allot too when I get close to objects and it just doesn't make sense to me

Have you tried turning off bilinear filtering? If not and you don't know how:
Go to Tools > Options and check Show irrEdit/Irrlicht options on. Then go to View > Show irrEdit/Irrlicht properties. Then in the window that pops up you need to uncheck all four BilinearFIlter options. You need to do this for each material if your model has more than one. You will see how many materials your model has in the window up top. Just use the slider to switch between them.

I tried that earlier too But it just changes it, it doesn't go away

I had to make a texture like yours to check it out. Looks like if you turn on anisotropic filtering it will go away.
