I ask if I set "visible" property to false for some object, does GPU still incur rendering it? I want to make something similar to unity's occlusion culling which hides GameObjects camera cant see. Any other suggestion are welcome, like how can I hide scene node behind others which camera can't see in copper cube. Thanks in advance |

To my knowledge and testing its no, not rendered so you can create LOD's with anything and turn on/off rooms for optimal performance while still keeping polygons and a good looking scene... |

According to a conversation with Justin case Coppercube automatically does this, so you don't have to do that manually, COpperube won't render anything that's not in the camera view. |
